Women over 40: a shelf you keep adding to, no idea which one did anything, and no confidence the next one is right.
STOP buying the next bottle before anybody's looked at the ones already on your counter. Instead steal these 3 systems and run them yourself this week.
1. Counter inventory system.
2. One change at a time system.
Think of the inventory the way you'd think about the closet before a trip, you don't start in a store you start by pulling everything onto the bed because you can't tell what's missing until it's all sitting there at once and half of what you were sure you owned turns out to be 3 versions of the same thing in slightly different bottles… why
Because it's rarely about which one was good and more so about whether any of them were picked to sit next to each other.
3. Label read system.
The reason the women you keep asking about sound so calm about their skin is somebody read the labels with them once. Once, properly. And then the adding stopped.

Women over 40 who keep thinking about it: the confidence, the unknown, and failing at it.
Everybody repeats the same "rules" about who gets to do this. Confidence first, audience second, a pitch ready before you open your mouth. The women on my team walked in with none of it and started anyway.
(Not what I expected either…)
If you want an easy place to start:
• ask who walks you through week one (the first steps, who calls you, what's set up before you touch anything)
• find out what happens when you get stuck on a Tuesday night (whether somebody picks up, or you post in a group and wait)
• get somebody to describe a week to you (not launch week, not convention week, a NORMAL week with the dentist appointment in it)
That's what actually works, and you can ask all 3 in one conversation 👀
Results not typical. Individual results may vary.
Follow along for what this looks like from the inside, on a week that's already full 🤍
And if there's a question you'd feel silly asking in front of anybody, ask me anyway. I call my clients friends for a reason. Drop it below, or ask me for a free call and we'll talk it through.

It's not that the product was cheap. It's that it was never chosen for your skin.
STOP upgrading to the expensive version of the wrong thing. Steal these 3 systems before you spend another dollar.
1. Ask what it's for system.
2. Match before spend system.
Think back to the shoe store when you were 8, how they sat you down and slid your foot into that cold metal measure before anybody went in the back for a box, and they did both feet because your feet aren't the same size and nobody's are, and the pair that fit was never the pair on the poster… both
Look, it's rarely about the price on the box and more so about whether anybody measured before they handed it to you.
3. Second opinion system.
The women whose skin looks settled didn't spend more than you did last year. Somebody measured first.

It's not that you don't want a business. It's that you don't want to sell cosmetics.
The "rules" say you have to love selling before you're allowed to try this. I walked in wanting the opposite. That was 25 years ago.
(Which is allowed, by the way.)
Here's where I'd start if it were me:
• write down the part you'd hate doing (mine was selling cosmetics. Selling cosmetics. I wrote that down before I said yes to anything)
• find the part you'd do for a friend anyway (standing in her bathroom telling her what to put on her face and why)
• pick your number before you start, not after (I gave mine a YEAR, decided in advance, so a slow month couldn't talk me out of it)
That's what actually works, and it takes one evening at your own kitchen table 📝
Results not typical. Individual results may vary.
Follow along for the version of this that fits a week that's already spoken for 💬
And if you want to say the part you'd hate to somebody who won't flinch, I'm here. Comments are open. So is a free call.

Why do women over 40 keep buying good skincare that still doesn't do anything for them?
The answer isn't on the front of the bottle, so steal these 3 systems and read the back instead. STOP shopping the claims.
1. Back of the bottle system.
2. Who it was written for system.
Picture the back of the bottle like the recipe card back in home ec, how they made you read the whole card out loud before anybody touched a bowl, every single time, and the girls who skipped ahead to the mixing ended up with something flat and no way to say which step did it to them… first
And it's rarely about how good the ingredients are, more so about who the card was written for in the first place.
3. Long enough to tell system.
Nobody in your feed with settled skin got there by buying more. Somebody read the back of a bottle with her face in mind. Her face. Then left it alone long enough for it to tell her something.
